Regina is a native daughter of Winston-Salem, and was educated in Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS). Over the past 40 years, she has lived in five (5) of Winston Salem's eight (8) wards, and has made lasting relationships with hundreds of friends and neighbors throughout Winston-Salem.

Regina is blessed to spend life with her husband, DeWayne. Together, they are the proud parents of one daughter, Morgan.
Regina graduated from East Forsyth High School, and received the Senior Superlative of "Most Likely to Succeed" from peers in her graduating class. After high school, Regina earned the following degrees:

There are several issues that have plagued our community for years. I stand ready to address these issues as your next City Council Member with collaboration from citizens of Winston-Salem.
These issues include but are not limited to the following:
Winning the Primary Election in March (2024), means that voters of the Northwest Ward chose me to represent the Democratic Party on the ballot during the General Election in November (2024).
